The holiday home, consisting of a holiday apartment of approx. 50 sqm and a guest room of approx. 25 sqm, is located on a separate property on the outskirts of the village (near the Bäderbahn railway line). The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 1 km away. Both accommodation units have separate outside access.
The separate guest room is furnished with a double bed, flat-screen TV, sitting area, wardrobe, central heating, shower/WC. Kitchen utensils include a fridge, coffee machine, microwave and crockery. There is a seating area in the garden with barbecue facilities and a car parking space. Included in the total price: Final cleaning, water and energy consumption.
