This extremely comfortable and large vacation home is located near Regenhütte, between Bayerisch Eisenstein and Zwiesel, in a touristically well-developed region on the border with the Czech Republic. The river Regen is known as a natural body of water rich in fish and is about 200 m away from the house. To the village pond it is about 800 m - here you may also swim. In rainy weather you can browse through the library of the house. Here you will find German-language novels, non-fiction and children's books and a DVD collection with over 100 movies. In the house there is a nice winter garden and a piano. A large natural garden also belongs to the house.
The single beds in the 2nd living room are 1.40 m long and therefore only suitable for children.

In winter, an Eldorado for skiers, tobogganers and snowboarders awaits you, as well as several cross-country skiing centers and downhill runs on the Großer Arber. You can choose between three ski areas with fun parks: at the Arber, at the Spicak and at the Belvedere lifts in the valley.
