If you have chosen this family-friendly villa, you have shown that you know what to look for in a holiday home on this island: The Can Renou bungalow villa offers plenty to do and is located in a quiet valley on the southern slopes of the Tramuntana mountains rise up like stone sentinels, just a few minutes' walk from the small cobbled town of Alaró. An impressive driveway takes you directly to the car park. The extensive grounds with mighty palm trees and gnarled olive trees have everything to offer; there is something for every age group: a pool (with outdoor shower and WC), a playground for the little ones, a well-kept tennis court and a table tennis table under an awning round off the really extensive leisure facilities. If you consider barbecuing a sport, you (and everyone else) will be happy to know that there is also a built-in barbecue. With so much on offer, no one can say they've been left out this time. When you've had your fill of fun and games, find a sun lounger on one of the many outdoor and covered terraces by the pool and around the house or take a walk and explore the property.
This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
The living room is super cosy: deep blue two-seater sofas and wing chairs invite you to watch TV or read a good book, the palm trees peek through the patio door and the closed fireplace has lost its crackling flames for candlelight. In the rustic fitted kitchen with corner unit, microwave and dishwasher, you can cook for an army or hire them to help you cook - just make sure they don't run off after the wine has been uncorked. Off the long hallway, where many old treasures are on display, are a couple of bedrooms and bathrooms the odd one or two (granny, grandad, snorers, singles and young adults) will be pleased to know there are two comfortable single rooms available. For the rest of the group, there are three double beds (1.5 x 2 metres) and two single beds; the en-suite bathroom with white cabinets and whirlpool will of course be very popular, but the other two modern bathrooms also have plenty to offer: Towel warmers, rain shower heads and walk-in showers for tired hikers and more sweaty (table) tennis pros. And of course for those who want to spend an evening in the clubs of Palma.
A family-friendly villa in a stunning location: Can Renou is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful shoemaking village of Alaró and the nearest supermarket. Although you are only about half an hour away from the sights of Palma, you are almost in the mountains. The hiking paradise around Orient is only 10 kilometres away and the traditional leather and wine town of Inca is ideal for longer shopping trips. Sand and sea can be found on the beaches of the capital, or you can try out the bay of Alcúdia (approx. 40 km).
Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this accommodation consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be the case on arrival at the accommodation or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
