Then you should at least take a second look! Even though Villa Cas Mostaxet does indeed have some highlights to offer, the outdoor area is certainly one of its greatest strengths. The property is characterised by green lawns, a variety of Mediterranean flowers and trees, lavishly draped amphorae and a beautifully decorated reception area. You'll immediately want to take a little tour here. The pool is to the right of the house. The pool, which can be reached via a Roman staircase, is shallow and varies in depth from 0.80 to 1.90 metres, so that children can also get in comfortably. The surrounding area, which is partly tiled and partly covered with artificial turf, invites you to relax under the Mallorcan sun. There is a covered terrace right next to it, so you can easily switch between the different locations. Whether on the rustic bench or at the rustic dining table with benches, you will definitely find the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself. In addition to the comfortable loungers by the pool, there are also attractive (and covered) seating areas right by the house. There are also two shaded areas and other greenery right next to the building, as well as another house with its own entrance and garden, so your privacy is not compromised.

Now to the inside of the house: where to start when there is so much to see? Not an easy task. We recommend taking it all in slowly and really taking your time with the many details. Absolutely rustic natural stone walls provide the setting for all kinds of artwork, decorative pieces, colours, materials and shapes. Many of the unique pieces tell their own story and it's worth taking a look here and there. The idea is to feel at home here, to relax and have a thoroughly relaxing time! As soon as you enter the house, two small living areas present themselves to the right and left in the open-plan architecture; one with a fireplace, the other with a large flat-screen TV. Several sofas are already waiting for you to lounge on, one of which can also be used as a sofa bed (for one or two people). To the left, there is another cosy bedroom and a bathroom with shower in a stunning white and blue design. The kitchen is on the right-hand side. It is two steps up and exudes typical Mallorcan flair. With a ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and Italian coffee machine, it provides a good basis for independent self-catering. You can dine together indoors at the beautiful dining table. There are also two cosy bedrooms on this floor, one with three beds and one with two beds, as well as three further bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. In the centre of the living room, a staircase leads upstairs where you will find a kind of gallery furnished with two single beds. White materials give this area a romantic atmosphere. Enjoy wonderful nights in peace and quiet.
The authentically rustic Villa Cas Mostaxet is located in the centre of the island, only about 3 km from Sencelles. It is surrounded by an oasis-like garden. The attractive location of the property allows excursions to various beaches (e.g. Es Trenc and Son Serra of the Marina). Costitx or Sineu, which offer the observatory and one of the most beautiful weekly markets on the island, can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
