It houses a large, light-flooded living room with fireplace, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Separated from the living room by a French window, there is also a cosy library where you can work comfortably in your home office if required. There is another beautiful living area next to the main house. Thanks to wide glass doors, it can be easily connected to the outside area. An external staircase leads to the third double bedroom, which also has its own en suite bathroom. Incidentally, all three sleeping areas have air conditioning. The heating throughout the house ensures a pleasant holiday even out of season.
Finca Cuaquis is located less than 4 km from the coastal town of Porto Cristo with its supermarkets, restaurants and lively nightlife. Within a 15-minute drive you will find several beautiful sandy coves along the east coast.
