A practical kitchen in connection with the dining room and a recessed living room make the house suitable for families. S5 is a small bedroom with an alcove. The big attraction is certainly the pool and the 8-pers. jacuzzi, where parents can relax with water massage while the children romp in the pool. The house has 2 heat pumps, one of which supports the heating of the pool water.
