Fishing can be done 800 meters away, paddling and rafting can be done well on the river Klarälvdalen. The ski resort Hovfjällets is only 30 km away, also the ski tunnel of Torsby, where you can go cross-country skiing all year round. Day trip destinations: Selma Lagerlöfs Mårbacka, Tossbergsklätten, Finnskogen, Värmullsåsen in Hagfors and Sunne Vattenland.
