Extensively renovated in 2025, the pool house DSH 603 with its own swimming pool and wellness oasis guarantees comfort and variety for the whole family.
The holiday home is located directly behind the dyke, just a few metres from the Wadden Sea National Park and next to the small centre of Friedrichskoog-Spitze. From here you can quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, the large pirate playground and the indoor play park in the whale building.
Children and dogs can also let off steam on the 1,000 square metres of land around the house.
A football pitch, volleyball court and cable car are just a few metres away in the spa park.
Experience swimming fun at any time of year: the large pool with counter-current system and slide for children provide fun for young and old. The wellness area has a sauna and steam sauna. At the touch of a button, you can enjoy different types of bathing and determine your own personal feel-good climate.
There is also a separate whirlpool with massage jets in the pool area, which can accommodate up to 5 people.
All three showers in the house are equipped with convenient thermostats.
On warm summer evenings, the large terrace near the sea invites you to linger, while in autumn and winter it is particularly cosy in front of the wood-burning stove in the living room.
A charcoal barbecue is available to holiday guests.
The "Alexa" voice assistant is available for listening to music and more in holiday home DSH 603.
All bedrooms have blackout facilities for a comfortable night's sleep. All windows are fitted with fly screens.
There is a charging station for two electric cars on site in the large car park (for a fee). Charging is not possible directly at the house.
House information:
Some of the photos may be living examples. The type of flooring and the colour of the furnishings and the house may vary. Pools and saunas are identical in all houses of this type.
Please note that the furniture is only designed for a weight of up to 120 kg.
Note on the dyke reinforcement and redesign of the spa park: As part of the dyke reinforcement, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be equipped with a new profile from mid-April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 in order to meet the challenges of climate change. During this construction period, the bathing beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will unfortunately not be available.
Alternatively, the bathing beaches in Elpersbüttel, Nordermeldorf and Büsum will be available free of charge. The popular mudflat walks in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be possible from April 2025.
The spa gardens will also be redesigned and expanded to include additional attractions, including an extended dyke crown path, spacious terraces with panoramic views and a dyke and park grandstand with seating steps to linger on. From mid-2024, the completed event and play area in the spa park will offer an attractive alternative to the beach.
This will make Friedrichskoog even more attractive, even if it is associated with some temporary inconveniences such as increased background noise, possible construction dust and possible path restrictions.
