The area is a pleasant drive from the castles of the western Loire (Angers, Saumur, Chinon, Montreuil-Bellay) and is an excellent base for exploring the Loire Valley wine estates, the waterways of the Marais Poitevin or the Fontevraud Monastery. There are also golf courses and theme parks in the vicinity. Next to the swimming pool is a shower.
