The holiday home is detached on a 400 m² separate recreational plot on the edge of a campsite on the outskirts of the village. The bathing beach at Wurlsee, one of the numerous bathing and fishing lakes in the area, is only approx. 150 metres away. The ground-floor holiday home is equipped for the disabled: Living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, LCD TV, radio/CD, dining table), bedroom (2 single beds), open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, dining area, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating, furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, bicycle storage, two bicycles (free of charge) and carport. A rowing boat can be rented on site (10 EUR/week). Final cleaning and energy are included in the total price. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, water consumption. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. Pets: One dog is allowed in this property. Multiple pets require the owner's consent prior to booking.
