The fine sandy beach, the marina and the centre of Mönkebude with its restaurants and shops are just a few minutes' walk away along the dyke path.
The very tastefully furnished, approx. 43 square metre, non-smoking holiday home is equipped with a living room (sofa bed - extra bed possible, wood-burning stove, electric radiator, flat-screen TV, music system, dining area, panelled freezer), open, fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed, electric radiator) and bathroom (shower, WC, electric towel warmer, hairdryer). In addition, there is a furnished terrace, sun loungers, barbecue, a small shed (possibility to park bikes), high chair, children's travel cot incl. mattress, free WiFi and a car park (central for the complex, approx. 30 m away).
The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs, bed linen, towels and an initial supply of firewood. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, pet (if applicable), additional firewood (trust fund).
One medium-sized dog up to a height of 40 cm is allowed in this property. All other animals or multiple animals require the consent of the owner prior to booking. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the holiday estate!
