The first floor of the villa consists of an airy living area with direct access to the garden and pool area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. A toilet and a bedroom with a single bed are also located on the first floor. The remaining three bedrooms, each with a double bed, are located on the upper floor. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and access to one of the two balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee under the warm Istrian sun.Just a short drive from the villa, above the Mirna river valley, is probably the most famous and attractive Istrian medieval town of Movotun, whose panorama is a well-known symbol of the Istrian inland. Traditional local festivities and the renowned international film festival are hosted here, enlivening this small, peaceful place. The number of towns and villages to visit is too long to list; here we are in the heart of central Istria, one of the most beautiful places in the world. It is also famous for local Teran and Malvazija grapes, olive oil, homemade cheese, prosciutto, grilled meat and of course truffles, which you can taste in restaurants in the many villages and towns in the region. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails, one of the most beautiful of which is the historic Parenzana - old railroad line, where you can even experience the unique ride on the tourist train along the historic route. Horseback riding, a few rounds of golf or simply enjoying the thermal waters of the nearby spa add to this long list of activities.
