Mini fincas like Na Mikeleta are not easy to find on Mallorca, especially not when they are as cute as this one. That's why we're delighted to be able to offer another attractive villa for up to two people. Especially one that is in an incredible location in the countryside and not far from the sea at all. Surrounded by a varied landscape of forest and fields, we find the plot of over 21,000 m² near the centre of Capdepera, close to the route to Son Servera. Ample original areas, a decorative and slightly elevated lawn with the oval pool, an inviting and partially covered terrace by the house and trees that provide plenty of natural shade characterise the wonderful outdoor area of this villa. Sun loungers and a BBQ grill provide all the comfort you need for a carefree day at the villa. In warm weather, you can take all your meals on the terrace and enjoy the view of the greenery. Otherwise, take the opportunity to lie under the Mediterranean sky and perhaps simply do nothing - after all, you are on holiday.
This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
The delicate villa itself is one of those rare properties that only have one bedroom with a double bed. Experience has shown that small, atmospheric properties like this are ideal for a couple who have planned their individual holiday with plenty of time for each other. When you enter the interior of the house from the terrace, you enter an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room. Light wall and furniture colours, matching ceiling beams and floor tiles as well as the imposing natural stone wall exude a cosy and very stylish flair. The living area has a cosy sitting area with a wood-burning stove and satellite TV. The excellently equipped kitchen with the usual appliances is ideal for people who have deliberately opted for a self-catering holiday. An open passageway leads to the bedroom with double bed. A bright bathroom with shower and the original stone washbasin rounds off the compact interior of this charming villa.
The east coast of Mallorca offers a variety of different landscapes. And although the villa is in a rural location, Mallorca's most beautiful natural beaches such as Cala Torta or Cala Mesquida are only a short drive away due to the villa's proximity to various roads. If you are looking for a change of scenery, then take a trip to the surrounding medieval villages of Artà and Capdepera, where there is a lovely farmers' market on Tuesdays and Wednesdays respectively. Meanwhile, you will find entertainment and a party atmosphere in Cala Ratjada, the popular harbour town with its bars, clubs and restaurants along the picturesque harbour promenade.
The small, very unique Villa Na Mikeleta is located in wooded surroundings just 4 km south-west of Capdepera. Every Wednesday there is a weekly farmers' market in the town where you can buy fresh local produce. Beautiful beaches can be found nearby, such as the beautiful Sa Font de sa Cala, which can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. You can also go shopping there and enjoy the selection of bars and restaurants. For more infrastructure, you can simply drive to Cala Ratjada (7 km away).
