It is located on the ground floor of a residential/holiday home, only approx. 500 metres from the Achterwasser (Lake Neppermin). The Baltic seaside resort of Bansin is approx. 8 km away. The holiday apartment has a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio/CD, DVD, dining table, some with fireplace), bedroom (double bed, flat screen TV), kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, microwave, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating, WLAN. A cot and high chair can be provided if required. There is a furnished outdoor seating area, an outdoor pool (not heated), a barbecue area, a bicycle storage room, a trampoline and a car park. A private outdoor hot tub can be used for a fee. The ground floor flats have a furnished terrace and a separate fenced area. Bicycle hire by arrangement (EUR 6/day).
