You can also practice your swing on the nearby golf course or explore the cultural offerings. Fancy skiing in the middle of summer? It's less than 50 kilometers to Snø, where there is snow all year round. There you can go skiing, cross-country skiing or indoor climbing. There is also the Varingskollen Alpine Center, which is about 6 km away. The Nes ski and bike center is 1.8 kilometers away.
