The comfortable holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a holiday home newly built in 2008 on a separate recreational property with a view of the Saaler Bodden. A second holiday apartment on the upper floor is only occasionally used privately by the owner.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, mini stereo system, Hark fireplace), an open-plan kitchen (dining table, electric cooker and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and various small kitchen appliances), a dining area with a large dining table, two bedrooms (each with 2 single beds that can be joined together) and a large bathroom with shower/WC. There is a furnished terrace with barbecue, sun loungers, car park and WLAN. A high chair and cot can be provided free of charge for small children.
Final cleaning and bed linen are included in the total price. Towels must be brought along. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, energy and water according to consumption. Only one small pet up to a height of 30 cm is allowed in this property.
Neuendorf is a small village on the Saaler Bodden south of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. The small towns of Ribnitz-Damgarten and Barth are about 14 km away. The Baltic Sea can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. In the village there is a small harbour with a café/restaurant, a passenger ferry to the peninsula and a bathing area as well as a bicycle hire service.
The region around the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula is ideal for sailing and surfing. Nature lovers and birdwatchers will also get their money's worth, as many migratory birds, especially cranes, stop off in the region in spring and autumn. The well-developed network of cycle paths makes it easy to explore the area by bike. Artists and photographers are also often drawn to the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. Ahrenshoop with its art museum is known as an artists' colony and is particularly attractive for landscape painting, while the Baltic seaside resort of Zingst is dedicated to photography.
