The beautiful sea view villa Sa Nina is a very friendly holiday home for up to six people. A large plot of land with almond trees welcomes the arriving guests. Soon after your arrival you will recognise the breathtaking view, which you should definitely enjoy to the full during your stay. The south-facing position of the house, the beautiful pool and the surrounding terrace are perfect for an all-round fine ambience for enjoyable hours in the open air. With the exception of a small herb garden, the outdoor areas are kept in a pleasant natural state, and a small pine forest borders the villa, giving the overall picture an additional rustic touch. Take a seat on the comfortable sun loungers and look out over the landscape, leave the stress of everyday life behind you at a pleasant distance and be at one with yourself! The multi-level, kidney-shaped pool with a depth of between 1.05 and 1.75. A manual shade roof right next to the house offers the opportunity to enjoy breezy sun protection if required. The beautiful dining table is also located here, where all guests can sit and dine together with a view of the picturesque expanse.

The appealingly bright and tastefully furnished interior is just as attractive as the outdoor areas. White wall and ceiling colours, beautiful exposed beams and decorative floor tiles create a harmonious setting for simple and aesthetic furniture, which has been cleverly arranged in the spacious living areas. The ground floor building houses a cosy living/dining room as the central space where you can spend your time comfortably in a variety of ways. Relax on one of the two comfortable sofas, for example, or take a seat at the large dining table for an entertaining board game or an indoor meal. Here you can sit perfectly with your tablet or laptop and the wireless DSL connection connects you to the rest of the world if required. If you are self-catering, there is a fully equipped, spacious kitchen at your disposal - a kettle, espresso and filter coffee machine are also available, so that nothing stands in the way of your morning drink on the Sea Villa terrace. You will spend restful nights in the strikingly designed bedrooms, which offer everything in the following bed sizes: one measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres, another measuring 1.80 x 1.90 metres and two measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres. The en-suite bathroom is one of the two modern bathrooms and can be accessed from both the hallway and the bedroom. Another room, which practically functions as a walk-through area, has an additional sofa so that you can spread out in the house and fully enjoy your privacy.

The villa is not only close to Bunyola, but also to the beautiful town of Santa Maria del Cami (6 km). In this historic town you can buy wonderful leather goods or taste wine in the numerous bodegas. There are other attractive excursion destinations in the surrounding area. The location on the road that connects Bunyola with a central transport hub on the west side of the island allows quick access to various places. Take, for example, the Orange Express, the nostalgic narrow-gauge railway that runs between Palma and Sóller and also stops in Bunyola. A little further on, just 10 minutes away by car and directly in front of the entrance to the famous tunnel, you will find perhaps the most beautiful gardens in Mallorca: the Jardines de Alfabia, built in the classic Moorish style. Or you can drive to Orient (14 km) to the village of the rising sun, one of the most beautiful villages on the island and a paradise for hikers. The nearby golf course, Golf de Son Termens, is just 6 km away. The slightly elevated and rural Villa Sa Nina is located about 3 km south-east of the town of Bunyola. Here you can do your daily shopping in the shops or every Saturday at the weekly market on the central market square. The capital Palma with its sights can be reached in 20 km; you can easily drive with your hire car to popular towns such as Cala Estancia, Ciudad Jardin and Arenal and spend great days by the sea there.
