The holiday home is located on the owner's 900 square metre residential property in a quiet residential area. The Werbellinsee, a beautiful swimming and fishing lake, is approx. 400 metres away. Shopping facilities, restaurant, cycle path and bathing beach within a radius of 500 metres. The holiday home is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, LCD TV, radio/CD), bedroom (2 beds), kitchen (electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, electric heating. (NO WLAN available). At your disposal: 2 furnished outdoor seating areas, sun loungers, barbecue, bicycle storage and car park.
