From the cottage it is recommended to visit Brusand beach, a beautiful long sandy beach with large dunes where you can dream during your vacation.

If you are interested in war history, it can be exciting to take a trip to Vedafjellet. There is German artillery from the Second World War there. In addition, there is a beautiful view over the city and the surrounding area.
