It is perfect for swimming, walking and kite surfing. It is also very popular to fly kites, as there is almost always good kite weather on Rømø. From Lakolk to Sønderstrand you are allowed to drive on the beach by car. Visit the play and maze park with many activities for the whole family. Denmark's oldest city Ribe (approx. 40 km) you should also experience, with the magnificent cathedral, the Viking museums as well as the cozy old streets with cobblestones.
