Relax on the covered terrace (pointing southeast), and enjoy the view over the lake Nysætervatnet & the mighty surrounding mountains. Brown trout fishing in the lake. The great hiking terrain in this region is inviting you for both longer and shorter trips. In the winter there is a nice skiing area - both cross country & downhill - just outside the house door. Day trips to i.a. the fjord-paradise Geiranger (UNESCO), the island of Runde with its enormous amount of birds, and the art nouveau city of Ålesund. Neighbour: 10 m.
