On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa, satellite TV, dining room with dining table, fully equipped kitchen, here is also a double bedroom and a shower/toilet. On the first floor are three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, two of them with access to the shared balcony with sitting area.
The basement is a spacious room of 150 sqm for fun and relaxation, pool table, table tennis, soccer table and fitness equipment. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
