Look forward to a holiday very close to the fjord.
In the village of Veavågen on the small island of Salvøy you will find this beautiful holiday home very close to the water. The house is bright and nicely furnished and you have a wonderful view of the water from the dining table in the living room. From the living room you have access to the terrace, where you can eat together at the table and enjoy the fjord view. In the evening, you can cosy up by the wood-burning stove and round off the day.
In addition to a plot of land on the water, the holiday home also has a boat with a motor that you are welcome to use. If you fancy a swim, you can jump into the water very close to the house. This location is also ideal for fishing between May and September.
A small bridge takes you to the larger island of Karmøy, which is ideal for various day trips. The town of Åkrahamn has a coastal museum that is well worth a visit and the nearby sandy beach Åkrasanden is known as one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Norway. The idyllic harbour town of Skudeneshavn at the southern end of Karmøy with its beautiful old wooden houses is also definitely worth a visit.
