The American-style kitchen, which is open to the dining and living area, is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The utility room has a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes horse.
The villa has four bedrooms: a double room with two single beds 80x200 (convertible into a double bed), another double room with a 160x200 bed and two exterior bedrooms with individual access that can be connected via a door. These two rooms have 160x200 double beds, each with its own bathroom with shower and access to the terrace.
Outside, the villa has a 9x5 metre pool, a barbecue area, sun loungers and a table tennis table. There is also outdoor car parking.
There is air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and fans in the others.
A full cleaning service is provided every 7 days, including a change of bed linen and towels.
