The holiday apartment for two people, which was completely modernised in 2021, is located in the basement of the owner's house just 100 m from the beach and the promenade on the Müritz. The old town of Waren (Müritz) with its marina, shopping facilities and the Müritzeum nature discovery centre is just a few minutes' drive or a 20-minute walk away. There are two further holiday properties on the 2,000 sqm residential property. (Holiday home DZV247, holiday bungalow DZV444). The non-smoking holiday apartment has a separate entrance, is centrally heated and is modernly furnished with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio), open kitchen area (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, wardrobe) and a large bathroom (walk-in shower, WC). There is also a small terrace, bicycle storage facilities, a car park and W-LAN. Final cleaning, water and energy costs are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
