The old town of Waren (Müritz) with its marina, shopping facilities and the Müritzeum nature discovery centre is just a 15-minute walk away. The tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment has a separate entrance and is equipped with a living room (sofa bed - extra bed for one person, smart flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio/CD, small dining table), an open-plan kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer, mini oven, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (box-spring double bed) and a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. The apartment has underfloor heating and insect screens on the bedroom window. There is also a furnished terrace, a further seating area with sun loungers and barbecue, bicycle storage facilities, a car park and free WiFi. The owner offers the hire of charter boats at special rates.
