The bathroom is a real wellness oasis with whirlpool, infrared sauna and large rain shower. The living room has a dining area and a sitting area with a large smart TV on the wall. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is furnished with a bar table and bar chairs. Next to the kitchen is a well-equipped utility room with dishwasher, microwave with oven, washing machine and sink. All areas are on the first floor, except for the double bedroom on the second floor. Young people under 30 years are not allowed.
