The approx. 16 sqm small holiday room for max. 2 persons is located on the ground floor of a residential outbuilding on the owner's 940 sqm residential property within a quiet residential area in a central location. The Baltic Sea beach is about 800 m away, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are within a radius of 500 m. It is equipped with a combined living/sleeping room (2 upholstered couches, flat-screen TV, radio/CD, dining area), a kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment is heated by electric heating. There is a furnished outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities and a car park. Internet (WLAN) is available to a limited extent and the total price includes final cleaning as well as water and electricity consumption. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. Pets are not allowed. The Ostseebad Zinnowitz is a state-recognised health resort and is therefore subject to a spa tax (payable on site).
