The living and dining area as well as the open-plan kitchen merge into one another and create a pleasant spatial impression. The chic and comfortable sofa invites you to spend cosy evenings watching TV, while the sleek counter with cool green bar stools completes the ultra-modern kitchen and is perfect for a quick snack between meals. Right next to it, you can of course also take a seat at a beautiful large dining table and eat together in the evening. Your holiday home enjoys a wonderfully central location: from small and large supermarkets to restaurants, bars, cafés and a pharmacy, you can reach everything on foot from here and take a leisurely stroll through the village. But the best thing is that the beach is only about 800 metres away. And that's a good thing: Alcúdia's beach, which is several kilometres long, scores with fine, white sand, turquoise water and a very good infrastructure. It offers sunbeds and parasols, restaurants, shops and bars and, of course, plenty of water sports facilities. For a trip into town, simply drive along the easily audible road (approx. 3 km) to reach Alcúdia. The town is considered one of the oldest settlements on the island and still exudes a wonderfully authentic charm today. This is not only due to the lush squares, the impressive buildings and the small, narrow streets, but also to the partially preserved and accessible town wall from the 14th century, which offers a great view of the town and its surroundings.
