This cosy holiday apartment for two people is located within sight (approx. 100 m) of the Müritz, within a quiet residential estate, on the owner's fully fenced residential property of approx. 1,000 m² in the basement of his house. A beautiful bathing beach, the popular Müritz cycle path, a marina with snack bar and restaurant as well as the boat landing stage are just a few steps away.

The approx. 54 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking apartment is equipped with insect screens on the windows and can be reached via a separate outside entrance. It is equipped with a living room (sofa set, flat screen TV, radio), a bedroom (double bed), a separate kitchen (dining table, oven-microwave combination, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, various small kitchen appliances), a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a hallway.

There is also a car park, a seating area on the property, barbecue, free WiFi and bicycle storage facilities. The total price includes final cleaning, energy, water, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The state-approved resort of Klink - charmingly situated on an isthmus between the Müritz (Germany's largest inland lake) and the Kölpinsee - has developed into a popular holiday destination. The spa town of Waren (Müritz) is only approx. 6 km away and can be easily reached by bus or boat, and Klink has a castle worth seeing, several bathing beaches, a landing stage for passenger boats, a marina, boat and bicycle hire, a miniature golf course, a salt cave, tennis and bowling facilities in winter, catering and shopping facilities, including a restaurant. The popular and well-known Müritz cycle route runs directly through the village and can be combined with trips on the passenger boat. Golf, fitness, wellness, sauna and swimming pool can be found in Göhren-Lebbin (approx. 12 km), the motorway access is approx. 17 km away.
