Description

Situated directly on the idyllic banks of the Schlei, this holiday property boasts an unobstructed view of the water through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts, close proximity to nature and a private wellness area.

When the reeds on the banks of the Schlei sway gently in the Baltic Sea breeze and wild geese and swans wake up on the water, the day's holiday can begin. Two terraces invite you to sunbathe and the large green meadow in front of the house offers plenty of space to play and linger. This holiday home also boasts a private wellness area: an infrared cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a large relaxing whirlpool bathtub with a view of the water are available for deep relaxation after a walk on the beach.

The living/dining area of the holiday home is flooded with light, with floor-to-ceiling window fronts to the adjoining terraces on both sides. The terrace adjoining the dining area offers fantastic views over the expansive Schlei. Passing sailing ships provide entertainment during a cosy barbecue or a romantic candlelight dinner. On holiday there is time for creative cooking, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast right by the sea, pure holiday feeling.

The living room is cosy, with a comfortable seating area that invites you to enjoy a cosy evening by the fireplace, even on cold Nordic days. Indoor entertainment is also provided by the Smart TV with DVD player as well as various board games and books.

The holiday home's relaxation area is located on the second level. The master bedroom has a marvellous view of the Schlei. Fall asleep under the stars, a skylight not only allows a view of the starry sky, but also of the dreamlike cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north.

The murals in this holiday home are individual original works.

There is a shower room on the first floor.

This holiday property is a maisonette flat on the first and second floors. A private car parking space and a private bicycle shed provide additional comfort directly in front of the house.

Our favourite spot: After a long day at the beach, take a wellness session and enjoy the view of the beautiful Schlei with a sundowner on the terrace.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
