This dreamlike holiday apartment is located on a narrow headland between the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz and the vastness of the Baltic Sea. It impresses with its direct location by the sea and breathtaking harbour and Baltic Sea views from the entire living and dining area as well as the wellness bath with Mausersberger whirlpool tub. The white sandy beach of OstseeResort Olpenitz is only a hundred metres away.

On the ground floor there is a generously proportioned bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed. Directly adjacent is a private shower room. The exclusively designed living/dining area leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and modern. This includes both an induction hob and a Bora extractor fan integrated into the hob. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows provide a view from the living/dining area across the harbour basin to Schönhagen. A corner fireplace in the living area and underfloor heating ensure cosy comfort throughout the apartment at any time of year. Both the sofa and the dining table chairs are made of high-quality leather.

The terrace invites you to sunbathe and offers exciting harbour cinema. Two large deckchairs, two beanbags and a large wooden table with two benches are available for guests. It can be reached barrier-free via an external access path.

There is also a guest WC on the ground floor.

A modern internal staircase leads to the first floor. There is a guest WC and a further bedroom in the hallway. All bedrooms can be completely darkened and have high-quality double box-spring beds.

The spa bathroom on the first floor has a walk-in shower and a large free-standing whirlpool bath from Mauersberger for up to two people. The floor and back jets as well as the ambient lighting can be adjusted via a control panel on the bath. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide a fantastic view of the harbour, even from the whirlpool bath. There is direct access from the bathroom and the bedroom to the balcony, which is protected from the wind by glass panes and invites you to linger.

On the first floor there is a high-quality, solid wood Finnish sauna by Wille. This is not only available for relaxing after a long walk on the beach.

This holiday apartment has two floors, the ground floor and the first floor. The first floor is accessible by lift via the staircase as well as via the modern internal staircase.

There are two car parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
