BUHNE 17 presents itself to you with exclusive and high-quality furnishings and the spontaneous association with the legendary Buhne 16 on Sylt is immediately there!

BUHNE 17 is situated in an unobstructable location directly on the Baltic Sea and the Weidefeld beach. It is only about 20 metres as the crow flies to the water and an absolute holiday feeling. The harbour promenade with its delightful shops and the Nordic mini golf course are also just a few minutes' walk away.

The entire apartment has real parquet flooring and underfloor heating. The light-flooded and spacious living and dining area with wood-burning stove radiates elegance and warmth. Soft colours and very high-quality furniture such as a manually adjustable double sofa or an electrically adjustable recliner underline the ambience.

The likewise exclusive kitchen and its equipment really don't make you think of kitchen WORK, but rather kitchen ENJOYMENT!

Enjoy all this in front of the incredible panorama of the Baltic Sea. It is an impressive and incredible water spectacle that is on offer here 24 hours a day. If the weather doesn't allow you to sit on the balcony, you can also enjoy the spectacle from the comfort of your sofa thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. If you need some background music, there is a radio and a TV in the living room and both bedrooms.

The luxury of Buhne 17 continues in the two bedrooms, which are each furnished with a double box-spring bed. The windows are also fitted with pleated blinds and insect screens. Undisturbed and relaxed sleep is pre-programmed.

When you enter the bathroom, an extra-large walk-in shower will pamper you for the start of a successful day's holiday and there is a washing machine and a pull-out wall-mounted washing line from Leifheit for your laundry, as well as a clothes horse for the terrace.

For added convenience, there is an underground parking space (entrance height: 2m) for your car and a bicycle cellar for bicycles. And so that reaching your holiday idyll is not too difficult, you can use the lift. It really couldn't be more convenient!

Our favourite place: It's hard to say: balcony, beach chair, sofa, bed, dining area, kitchen - Buhne 17 is beautiful everywhere!

Please note that there is no baby cot available in this holiday apartment.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
