The flourishing harbour promenade with shopping facilities and a growing range of shops is also in the immediate vicinity.

The view from the entire living/dining area and the balcony is of the breathtaking water scenery of the Baltic Sea, Schlei, beach and marina of OstseeResort Olpenitz. The holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can be easily reached by lift from the underground car park (entrance height: 2m).
