Description

VON MANDERLEY BALTIC VIEW is a stylish, maritime and high-quality furnished maisonette holiday apartment on the first and second floors, with a light-flooded window front and a large terrace overlooking the nature conservation salt marshes and the Baltic Sea. Cosy relaxation with BALTIC VIEW.

When you enter the holiday apartment on the first floor, the relaxation begins from the very first moment, as you are directly in the quiet area of the apartment. No matter which of the three stylishly furnished bedrooms you choose, restful sleep is guaranteed. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with cosy box-spring double beds, while the other has two box-spring single beds. There is a TV in all bedrooms so that you can relax in bed at the end of a successful day's holiday.

There is also a well-equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower and infrared sauna on this floor. There is also a washing machine.

On the second floor, the holiday apartment lives up to its name. Here you will be spoilt by a floor-to-ceiling window front with the adjoining terrace and a view over the nature conservation salt marshes to the Baltic Sea. Pure feel-good factor! The maritime-style living area with its cosy living area invites you to spend many hours together. If the weather turns Nordic, the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. The living room is also equipped with a television.

The integrated kitchen, with a dining area for 6 people, is perfectly equipped. You can organise sociable barbecues or enjoy the sun on the sun lounger on the large south-facing terrace with its fantastic views.

A second bathroom with additional WC, washbasin and bathtub offers enough space and alternative options for several people and rounds off the facilities of this oasis of well-being, which provides relaxation at any time of year.

Travelling with two cars? That's no problem, because VON MANDERLEY BALTIC VIEW has two car parking spaces directly in front of the house. There is also plenty of space for bicycles or a pushchair in the bike shed.

The unspoilt Weidefelder sandy beach with kiosk, restaurant, beach chairs and various water sports facilities is just a few hundred metres away. The imaginatively designed Adventure Golf mini golf course and the marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz with various shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

The resort's location directly between the Schleimündung estuary and the Baltic Sea and close to the beautiful town of Kappeln also offers a wide range of excursion options by boat, bike or on foot.

Our favourite spot: the large terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea across the nature conservation salt marshes. The BALTIC VIEW.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
