The cosy holiday apartment for 2 people with separate access is located in the basement of a residential building on the owner's 500 sqm residential property within a quiet residential estate. The lido on the Müritz is only about 400 metres away. The town centre, restaurants and shopping facilities are within a 10-minute walk. The sun-drenched apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), a bedroom (double bed, upholstered couch), a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, small dining table, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The house is centrally heated. There is a furnished outdoor seating area, a barbecue, a sun lounger, storage space for bicycles and a car park. Internet connection (W-LAN) is also available. The total price includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning as well as water and energy consumption. The spa town of Waren (Müritz) is subject to visitor's tax. The spa tax must be paid on site.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in a charming setting directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjoining promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
