Description

Centrally located, in the middle of the town and yet quietly surrounded by greenery, the two holiday apartments for up to 4 people each are located on the owners' fully fenced residential property of approx. 2,500 sqm within a residential outbuilding. The beautiful harbour with promenade, restaurants, cafés, passenger boat offers and the old town of Waren (Müritz) are only a few minutes' walk away, a small natural bathing area is just under 800 m away.The 2-room apartments, one of which is located on the upper floor and one on the ground floor, have a size of approx. 40 sqm and are suitable for 2 to max. 4 persons (extra bed). They were completely modernised and refurnished in 2020 and 2022 respectively. There is a living room (upholstered furniture, sofa bed, flat-screen TV, radio), an open-plan kitchenette (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (two single beds or double bed) and shower/WC. There is also a large, furnished balcony with garden view (upstairs apartment) or a covered terrace (downstairs apartment), car park, bicycle storage, free WiFi and barbecue facilities in the garden on request. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity and water. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, heating energy. Pets are not allowed in this property.

This approx. 40 sqm non-smoking holiday apartment, completely modernised and newly furnished in 2022, is located on the ground floor of the outbuilding. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, sofa bed; extra bed for 2 persons, flat screen TV, mini hi-fi), an open kitchenette (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (shower, WC) and an electric heater. Outside there is a covered terrace with garden view, car park, bicycle storage, free Wi-Fi and barbecue facilities.
The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
