The beautiful villa Cantata is located in Sv. Lovreč, which is one of the best preserved towns in Istria. The villa was built in a rustic style in 2009, and underwent a complete renovation in 2022, when it became a luxurious holiday facility. You have 212 m2 at your disposal, while the total area of the property is 978 m2, and the villa is fully air-conditioned. It is 15 km from the nearest sea, and the nearest beach is in the town of Poreč.
A maximum of 8 people can stay in the villa, which will be distributed in 4 bedrooms. There are double beds (180x200) in three rooms, and two single beds (90x200) in the fourth. Two bathrooms have a shower, and the other two have a bathtub.
The beautifully decorated living room contains two sofas, a coffee table, a chair and a romantic fireplace. There is also table football, which you can play whenever you want. Next to the living room there is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and a modern kitchen that is equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals.
On the outdoor terrace, you will be greeted by a swimming pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. There are 8 deckchairs on the sun deck, which will be an ideal opportunity for rest and enjoyment under the sun. You have the opportunity to prepare meals on the outdoor charcoal or wood grill.
Additional facilities include a washing machine and an iron, and a feeder and a cot are provided for children.
There are two private parking spaces inside the courtyard of Villa Cantata.
